Air Cleaner Fresh Air Duct/Hose: Service and Repair

AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
2. Loosen the clamp at the air cleaner housing.
3. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
2. Tighten the clamp at the air cleaner housing.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice.

Tighten the clamp to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

3. Install the air cleaner assembly.
