Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the steering column. Refer to STEERING COLUMN REPLACEMENT .

  3. Remove the clutch start switch (2) from the clutch pedal bracket.

  5. Remove the clutch pedal pivot nut.

  7. Remove the clutch pedal bracket to front of dash nuts.
  8. Disconnect the electrical connector from the clutch pedal position (CPP) switch.

  10. Depress the tabs of the clutch master cylinder pushrod retainer and release the clutch pedal from the pushrod.
  11. Remove the clutch pedal assembly from the vehicle.
  12. If replacing the clutch pedal, remove the CPP switch from the clutch pedal assembly. Refer to CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION SWITCH REPLACEMENT .
