Installation Procedure

  1. Install sealant Saturn P/N 21019581 to the rear cover.

    IMPORTANT: The oil guide only installs in one direction. Ensure the oil guide is completely seated in the gear shafts.
  2. Install the oil guide.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the rear cover.

    Tighten:  Tighten the rear cover bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the left front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (5 Lug Wheel) or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (4 Lug wheel) in Tires and Wheels.
