Installation Procedure

  1. Install the oil cooler.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the oil cooler bolts (2).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts and stud to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).

  4. Connect the oil cooler hoses (1).
  5. Fill the charged air cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LNF) .
