Camshaft Cover Installation

- Assemble the camshaft cover and gasket. Ensure that the gasket is located in the retaining groove in the camshaft cover.
- Install the cover on the cylinder head and hand start the bolts.
- Install the front lift bracket.
- Install the front lift bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the rear lift bracket.
- Install the rear lift bracket bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the ignition coils.
Tighten: Tighten the ignition coil bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Tighten the camshaft cover bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the camshaft cover bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the camshaft position actuator solenoid valves.
- Install the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the camshaft position actuator solenoid valve bolts to 10 N.m 89 lb in.
NOTE:

IMPORTANT:
The solenoid valves are marked intake and exhaust.
