Preliminary Procedures Remove the turbo charger. Refer to Turbocharger Replacement . Disconnect the catalytic converter. Refer to Catalytic Converter Replacement (LNF) . Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Replacement .
1	Exhaust Manifold Nut (Qty: 10) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tip: Install NEW exhaust manifold nuts. Tighten: 14 N.m (124 lb in)

3	Exhaust Manifold Gasket Tip: Discard the old gasket and install a new gasket.
