Installation Procedure

  1. If necessary, install the PCV hose to the outlet duct.
  2. If necessary, position the PCV hose clamp at the outlet duct.

  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct to the throttle body and air cleaner housing.
  5. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  6. Tighten the clamps at the air cleaner housing and throttle body.

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamps to 5 N.m (44 lb in).

  7. Install the push pin retainer.
  8. Install the PCV hose to the camshaft cover.
  9. Position the PCV hose clamp at the camshaft cover.
  10. Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
