Preliminary Procedure Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement . Disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes to the charge air cooler. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement and Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .
1	Charge Air Cooler Bolt (Qty:4) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
Disconnect the inlet and outlet pipes to the charge air cooler. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement and Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe Replacement .

Charge Air Cooler Bolt (Qty:4)

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
