Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia air deflector. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Air Deflector Replacement .
  3. Loosen the charge air cooler inlet pipe clamp (1).
  4. Remove the charge air cooler inlet pipe (2) from the charge air cooler (3).

  5. Loosen the charge air cooler clamp (1).
  6. Loosen the charge air cooler inlet pipe (2) from the vehicle.
