Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON, observe the scan tool Door Lock Switch parameter while using the appropriate door lock switch. The parameter should change from Idle to Lock and Unlock.
    • If the parameter does not change between the commanded states, refer to Door Lock Switch Malfunction in Circuit/System Testing .
  2. Command the driver door and passenger door latches to LOCK and UNLOCK with the scan tool, the doors should perform the LOCK and UNLOCK functions.
