Preliminary Procedure: Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
1 Instrument Panel Compartment
Tip:  Remove the dampener cable.
2 Instrument Panel Compartment Dampener Screw
Tip:  Remove the screws from the back of the instrument panel.
