Installation Procedure

Using the GE-47622 , compress the charge air cooler radiator inlet hose clamp. See Special Tools .
Install the charge air cooler radiator inlet hose to the charge air cooler reservoir.
Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

Using the GE-47622 , compress the charge air cooler radiator inlet hose clamp. See Special Tools .
Install the charge air cooler radiator inlet hose to the charge air cooler radiator.
Lower the vehicle.
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System - Charge Air Cooling System .
