Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Make sure that the ignition coil seals are properly seated to the valve cover.
  1. Install the ignition coil.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the ignition coil retaining bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the ignition coil retaining bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Replace the ignition coil connectors.
