Engine Front Cover and Oil Pump Removal

  1. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner bolts.
  2. Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner.

  4. Remove the idler pulley bolts.
  5. Remove the idler pulley.

  7. Remove the alternator bracket and lift hook assembly bolts.
  8. Remove the alternator bracket and lift hook assembly.

  10. Remove the engine front cover bolts.

  12. Remove the long water pump bolt.
  13. Remove the engine front cover and gaskets.
  14. Remove the crankshaft front cover oil seal with an appropriate tool.
