Front Brake Hose Replacement

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Fastener Tightening Specifications: Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .Preliminary Procedure: Remove the tires and wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (4 Lug Wheel) or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (5 Lug Wheel) .
1	Nut, Brake Pipe Tip: Cap or plug the brake pipe to prevent fluid loss and contamination. Bleed the brake system anytime the system is opened for repairs. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) . Tighten: 19 N.m (14 lb ft)
2	Bolt, Brake Hose Bracket Tighten: 25 N.m (35 lb ft)
3	Hose, Front Brake Tip: The mounting bracket and the retaining clip for the front brake hose and not serviced separately, but are serviced with the front brake hose.
4	Bolt, Brake Hose Banjo Tighten: 48 N.m (35 lb ft)
5	Washer, Brake Hose Banjo Bolt (Qty: 2) Tip: Install new brake hose banjo bolt washer. Do not reuse the brake hose banjo bolt washers.
