Front Brake Hose Replacement

Front Brake Hose Replacement

Callout Component Name
CAUTION: Refer to Bleed Procedure Caution .
CAUTION: Refer to Brake Fluid Irritant Caution .
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
Fastener Tightening Specifications:  Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .Preliminary Procedure: Remove the tires and wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (4 Lug Wheel) or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (5 Lug Wheel) .
1 Nut, Brake Pipe
Tip: 

Tighten:  19 N.m (14 lb ft)

2 Bolt, Brake Hose Bracket

Tighten:  25 N.m (35 lb ft)

3 Hose, Front Brake
Tip:  The mounting bracket and the retaining clip for the front brake hose and not serviced separately, but are serviced with the front brake hose.
4 Bolt, Brake Hose Banjo

Tighten:  48 N.m (35 lb ft)

5 Washer, Brake Hose Banjo Bolt (Qty: 2)
Tip:  Install new brake hose banjo bolt washer. Do not reuse the brake hose banjo bolt washers.
