Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the air temperature actuator. Refer to Air Temperature Actuator Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Mode Actuator Electrical Connector

  3. Disconnect the mode actuator electrical connector.

  5. Remove the mode actuator assembly screws.
  6. Remove the mode actuator assembly.
