Installation Procedure

  1. Position the generator to the engine.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the generator bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  3. Connect the engine harness electrical connector (4) to the generator.
  4. Install the starter solenoid wire terminal (1) to the generator.
  5. Install the generator harness nut (2).

    Tighten:  Tighten the nut to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  6. Position the starter solenoid wire boot (3).
  7. Install the supercharger. Refer to Supercharger Replacement .
  8. Connect negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
