Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the surge tank cap.
  2. Place a drain pan under the heater hoses near the front of the dash.
  3. Remove the dash panel exterior sound barrier.

  5. Reposition the heater outlet hose clamp at the heater core using J 38185  .
  6. Remove the heater outlet hose from the heater core.

  8. Reposition the hose heater outlet hose clamp at the engine using J 38185  .
  9. Remove the heater outlet hose from the engine.
