Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fluid-level indicator from the transmission. Rotate the indicator counterclockwise to unlock, then pull the indicator straight out of the transmission.
  2. Inspect the O-ring seal on the indicator for nicks. Replace the seal, if damaged.
