Steering Wheel Replacement (good cell)

Preliminary Procedure: Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement .
1	Steering Wheel Nut NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 37 N.m (27 lb ft)
2	Steering Wheel Assembly Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the steering wheel using the J 1859-A Steering Wheel Puller with J 36541-A Steering Wheel Puller Legs. Make an alignment mark to note the relationship between the steering wheel and the steering shaft. The marks will be needed to align the wheel during installation.

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remove the steering wheel using the J 1859-A Steering Wheel Puller with J 36541-A Steering Wheel Puller Legs.
