Rich Test 

The PCM detects that the affected HO2S Voltage parameter is more than 950 mV for 200 seconds.

OR

Decel Fuel Cutoff Test 

The PCM detects that the affected HO2S Voltage parameter is more than 480 mV for 5 seconds.
