Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement - Upper in Engine Cooling.
  2. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  3. Remove the belt idler pulley bolt.
  4. Remove the belt idler pulley from the power steering pump mounting bracket.
