Installation Procedure

  1. Install the belt idler pulley and bolt to the power steering pump mounting bracket.

    Tighten:  Tighten the idler pulley bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  2. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  3. Install the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement - Upper in Engine Cooling.
