Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution in Cautions and Notices.

  1. Remove the left and right windshield garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Trim Plate Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster .
  3. Remove the screws (1, 3) from the I/P upper trim pad (2).
  4. Lift the I/P upper trim pad (2) on an angle and slide rearward in order to disengage the retainers at front of I/P.
  5. Remove the I/P upper trim pad (2) from the vehicle.
