Installation Procedure

IMPORTANT: Ensure the HVAC duct engages the I/P extension duct.

Install the I/P lower extension (2) to the vehicle.
An audible click indicates I/P lower extension has engaged the retainer pins (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the upper (3) and lower (4) bolts to the I/P lower extension (2).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts (3, 4) to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Close the I/P extension door, if equipped.
