Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  1. Install the KS with the bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the KS bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  2. Connect the KS electrical connector.

  3. Install the intake manifold bracket and bolts.

    Tighten: 

    • Tighten the bracket upper bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
    • Tighten the bracket lower bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
