Assembly Procedure

Fig 1: Clutch Master Cylinder Wall, Piston & Pushrod Assembly

CAUTION: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in Cautions and Notices.

Apply clean fluid to the piston assembly cup and insert the piston assembly and the pushrod assembly into the master cylinder body.

Install the piston stop ring using ring pliers. Install the boot.
Install the clutch master cylinder assembly into the vehicle. Refer to Clutch Master Cylinder Replacement .
