Repair Procedure

Remove the bolt and the seat belt anchor on the upper center pillar.

Remove the lower center pillar trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Lower Center Pillar in Interior Trim.
Remove the bolt and the seat belt anchor on the lower center pillar.

Remove the bolt and the seat belt retractor.
