Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2004 Suzuki Swift + and 2004 Chevrolet Aveo. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

  1. Connect the vehicle heater/defrost cable eyelet to the post and the cable housing to the slide.
  2. Install the HVAC controller. Refer to HVAC Control Assembly Replacement .

  3. Install the audio system. Refer to Radio Replacement in Entertainment.
  4. Install the dash end panel.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
  6. Operate the heating/cooling systems to verify proper function.
