Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the rear window wiper arm. Refer to Wiper Arm Replacement - Rear .
  3. Remove the hatchback door lower garnish molding. Refer to Hatchback Door Lower Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  4. Remove the bolts and the rear wiper motor.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector.
