Conditions for Setting the DTC

Ignition voltage is between 11-16 volts.
The ECM detects that the clutch pedal is depressed.
Vehicle speed is between 3 km/h (2 mph) and 52 km/h (32 mph).
The ECM detects no clutch switch transition.
