Diagnostic Aids: P0651

The 5-volt reference 2 circuit provides 5 volts to the following sensors:
- The accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor 2
- The air conditioning (A/C) refrigerant pressure sensor
- The exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve
- The fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor
- The intake manifold tuning (IMT) valve position sensor
- The manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor
- The rough road sensor
