Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel trimplate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Accessory .
    2. Fig 1: View Of Ashtray Housing

  2. Remove ashtray housing retaining screws.
  3. Move the ashtray housing rearward in order to disconnect the electrical connectors.
  4. Remove the clip that retains the electrical connectors to the instrument panel.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  6. Remove the ashtray housing from the instrument panel.
