50 000 km (30,000 mi) or every 30 months, whichever comes first

Change the engine oil and filter, or every 3 months, whichever occurs first (1), (3).
An Emission Control Service.
Inspect the cooling system hoses and connections.
Inspect the engine coolant. Refer to footnote (3).
Inspect the air cleaner element. Refer to footnote (2).
Inspect the spark plugs for the 1.6 DOHC engine.
Change the interior air filter A/C.
Inspect the exhaust pipes and mountings.
Inspect the brake/clutch fluid. Refer to footnote (13), (4).
Inspect the front brake pads and disc. Refer to footnote (5).
Inspect the rear brake drum and linings. Refer to footnote (5).
Inspect the parking brake.
Inspect the brake line and connections, including the booster.
Inspect the manual transaxle oil. Refer to footnote (3).
Inspect the automatic transaxle oil. Refer to footnote (3).
Inspect that the chassis and the underbody bolts and nuts are tight/secure.
Inspect the tire condition and inflation pressure.
Inspect the wheel alignment. Refer to footnote (6).
Inspect the steering wheel and linkage.
Inspect the power steering fluid and lines. Refer to footnote (3).
Inspect the drive shaft boots.
Inspect the seat belts, buckles and anchors.
Lubricate the locks, hinges and hood latch.
