Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP lines (1) to the retaining clips.
    2. Fig 2: View Of EVAP Lines At Fuel Tank Module (6.0L Engine - Dual Tanks - Rear)

  2. Remove the caps from the EVAP openings.
  3. Connect the EVAP lines to the module. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Plastic Collar) .
  4. Install the rear fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Single Tank)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Single Tank w/5.3L (L59) Engine)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Dual Tanks - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Dual Tanks - Rear) .
