Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the IPC harness (1) to the IPC (2).

  3. Install the IPC onto the I/P with the screws. Tilt the top of the cluster into the retainer first to avoid damaging the flexible circuit connections.
  4. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  5. Install the screws that retain the IPC to the I/P assembly.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 1.6 N.m (14 lb in).

  7. Install the IPC trim plate bezel. Refer to Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster .

    When the IPC is replaced the new IPC will need to be programmed. Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) in Programming and Setup.
