Load Sensing Proportioning Valve: Removal

1. Clean around the reservoir cap and remove the fluid with a syringe.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Disconnect the brake pipes from the Load Sensing Proportioning Valve (LSPV). See Fig 1 .
4. Remove the 2 bolts in order to separate the LSPV from the frame. See Fig 2 .
5. Remove the one bolt in order to remove the LSPV, the LSPV spring, and the LSPV stay, from the vehicle.
6. Remove the LSPV spring and the LSPV stay from the lever.
