Brake Hoses: Installation

  1. Install the brake hose and the 2 seal washers to the brake caliper. Secure with the brake hose bolt. Tighten to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Install the following to the front strut:
    • The Front Brake Hose
    • The Lower Hose Clip
    • The Upper Hose Clip
  3. Install the front brake hose to the front brake pipe. Bleed the brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  .
  4. Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tighten wheel lug nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Lower the vehicle.
