2	Turn OFF the ignition. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF. Observe the SECURITY indicator on the instrument cluster (IPC) during the bulb check. Does the SECURITY indicator illuminate during the bulb check?	Go to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections in Wiring Systems	Go to Step 3
3	Replace the instrument cluster (IPC). Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) Replacement In Instrument Panel, Gages and Console. Did you complete the replacement?	Go to Step 4	-
