Installation Procedure

  1. Install the left side of the sound insulator on the passenger side to the I/P carrier.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the bolts to the left side of the sound insulator.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 2.3 N.m (20 lb in).

  3. Install the right side of the sound insulator on the passenger side to the I/P carrier and install the push pin.
