Park Brake Pedal Assembly: Installation
- Install the park brake cable to the park brake lever. See Fig 1
. Install the park brake cable end to the park brake lever clevis. Install the park brake lever with the cable. See Figure
. Install the park brake lever nuts. Tighten the nuts to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the park brake indicator switch electrical connector. See Figure
. Fold the carpet back in place. Install the left-side carpet retainer. Push the door-opening carpet retainers to the retainer support.
- Install the left-side instrument panel insulator. Snap the I/P courtesy lamp into the I/P insulator. Position the I/P insulator to the instrument panel. Install the push-in retainers to the I/P insulator to instrument panel. Install the press-on retainers to the I/P insulator to dash mat. Adjust the park brake cable.
