Temperature Control Cable Adjustment
Disconnect the temperature control cable from the clip and door at the heater case. Set the temperature lever to the coldest position. At the heater case, hold the door lever fully towards the rear end of the vehicle and install the cable to the clip. See Fig 1 . Inspect the temperature lever for smooth operation. Ensure that the temperature lever stops at the correct positions.
