Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the radio. Refer to RADIO REPLACEMENT .
  2. Remove the cigar lighter bulb socket (1) from the cigar lighter (3).
  3. Disconnect the cigar lighter electrical connector (2).

  4. Unscrew the retaining nut (1) from the rear of the cigar lighter (2) which secures the lighter.
  5. Remove the cigar lighter assembly (2, 3) from the instrument panel.
