Removal Procedure

  1. Siphon brake fluid from the master cylinder reservoir.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Refer to TIRE AND WHEEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  4. Clean any dirt and foreign material from the hose and fittings.
  5. Remove the rear brake hose from the rear brake pipe.
  6. Remove the rear brake hose from the rear wheel cylinder brake pipe.
  7. Remove the rear brake hose retaining clips and the rear brake hose from the vehicle.
