Installation Procedure

  1. Install the instrument panel ashtray housing, if removed.
  2. Install the cigar lighter assembly, if removed. Refer to Cigar Lighter Replacement .
  3. Connect the following components:
    • The 2 cigar lighter electrical connectors
    • The IP ashtray bulb socket
  4. Install the IP accessory center trim plate (1) to the IP assembly. Ensure that the retaining clips are fully engaged.

  5. Install the instrument panel ashtray to the instrument panel ashtray housing by depressing the spring loaded tab.
