Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT - IP .
  2. Remove the following components from the instrument panel compartment:
    • The 2 I/P compartment door hinge pins (2)
    • The I/P compartment door (1)

  3. Remove the following components from the I/P compartment door, if necessary:
    • The 2 screws
    • The I/P compartment door lock
