Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the right body hinge pillar trim panel. Refer to TRIM REPLACEMENT -- HINGE PILLAR .
  2. Remove the 2 lower bolts which secure the I/P compartment.
  3. Open the instrument panel compartment door.
  4. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
    • The 3 upper screws (1)
    • The instrument panel compartment (2)
