Installation Procedure

  1. Position the right engine mount strut bracket over the pin locator.
  2. Install the vertical bolt through the right engine mount strut bracket to the cylinder head. Tighten the engine mount strut bracket bolt to 50 N.m (37 ft lbs).
  3. Install the air conditioning compressor.
  4. If equipped with oil cooler, install the oil cooler pipe bracket bolt to the right engine mount strut bracket. Tighten the oil cooler pipe bracket bolt to 10 N.m (89 in lbs).
  5. Install the right engine mount strut to the right engine mount strut bracket.
  6. Connect the battery ground (negative) cable.
