Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper intake manifold. Refer to Intake Manifold Replacement - Upper .
  2. Remove the fuel pipe clip bolt.
  3. Remove the fuel pipe clip.
  4. Remove the fuel feed and the fuel return pipes from the fuel injector rail. Refer to FUEL RAIL & INJECTORS .

  5. Remove the oil pump drive bolt.
  6. Remove the oil pump drive clamp.
  7. Remove the oil pump drive.
  8. Remove the oil pump drive seal.
