Brake Pedal: Installation

  1. Install the brake pedal and the bushings. Install the brake pedal nut and bolt. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Install the washer and pushrod to the brake pedal. Install the pushrod retaining clip to the brake pedal. Install the wiring harness clips to the bracket.
  2. If equipped, install the TCC/cruise release switch. Install the stoplight switch. See STOPLIGHT SWITCH  . Reposition and install the BCM into the retaining bracket. Install the left I/P insulator.
